Hand-woven on a loom in the Scandinavian Rep weave technique. 80% cotton, 20% polyester, machine washable on cool, gentle cycle and line dry. Between washings, the rugs may be vacuumed without a rotating brush. Some shrinkage is to be expected with the first washing. If the rug is too large to fit in your home washer, it can be washed or dry cleaned by a commercial cleaner
